Take part in SUGAR SMART September
Join the national effort to go SUGAR SMART this September. Sustain’s SUGAR SMART Campaign is offering free resources and sugar reduction challenge ideas for individuals, families, organisations, schools and workplaces to reduce their sugar consumption for 30 days and discover new healthy eating habits. There are a number of challenges to choose, from easy to challenging, like resisting sugary office treats, swapping the pop, or avoiding added sugar altogether. There is a suite of resources to help you in your journey, including a SUGAR SMART September diary to track your progress and other tools to make the most of this opportunity to set healthier food habits.
